2008 - 2011: The Beginning

Andrew and Kate didn’t start with business backgrounds or entrepreneurial families. Kate was a second‑grade teacher. Andrew was working in corporate America. Like many people, they were doing what they were told the “American Dream” required: working hard, staying "busy", and hoping financial security would eventually follow. It didn’t take long to realize that the life they wanted couldn’t be built that way.

During this period, they launched their first business while still working full‑time. It wasn’t wildly profitable, but it was foundational. Every spare hour outside of work was spent learning and testing the skills that actually drive revenue: marketing, sales, copywriting, and leadership.

2012 - 2019: Laying and Scaling The Revenue Foundation

In 2012, Kate left the classroom and went all‑in on building their business and Revvenue.com was born. With the skillsets they had acquired in marketing, sales, copywriting and leadership, she and Andrew served more than 3,200 business owners and grew the company into a consistent 7‑figure‑per‑year operation.

 

At the same time, Andrew was also building and leading a team inside enterprise environments, that scaled to producing over $250 Million Dollars per year in revenue, including serving companies like Amazon and Microsoft. Between scaling their own businesses and his enterprise experience, they were exposed to both sides of the revenue equation: Speed and scale, execution and infrastructure.

 

As their own results compounded, other founders started asking them for help. Side hustles, startups, and companies already doing $5 Million+ per year began bringing Andrew and Kate in to fix their marketing, sales, and revenue systems. This period became the foundation of Revenue Consulting where Andrew and Kate helped businesses apply proven revenue principles based on their own experience, not just theories.

2020 - 2023: Installing Revenue Systems At Scale

Between 2020 and 2023, the work became more focused and more specific. Andrew and Kate began consulting primarily with service‑based companies that already had demand but were stuck. Many were doing $300K–$500K per month and couldn’t break through to the next level.

 

By diagnosing where revenue was leaking between lead, conversation, and close, they helped clients scale to $1M per month and beyond... some even experiencing million‑dollar days. The pattern became undeniable: Most businesses didn’t need more leads. They needed better systems to capture and convert the revenue demand they already had.

 

During this phase, every system installed in a client’s business was first tested, broken, rebuilt, and optimized inside of Andrew and Kate's own companies. Marketing, sales, follow‑up, and automation were never theoretical, they were battle‑tested in real environments where revenue mattered.

2023 - Present: The Rise of Revvenue.ai

By 2023, the next evolution was obvious. The rise of AI made it possible to install revenue systems faster, cleaner, and more consistently than ever before but only if those systems were built by people like Andrew and Kate who actually understood the ins and outs of how driving revenue works.
